Our Team

We are a team of influence strategists

Suasion’s team is led by influence strategists Victoria Lindstrom and Karen Gross who understand that each client’s situation is unique. To address the client’s situation most effectively, we believe it is best to craft a team of talent with the right skills, as well as a clear understanding of the issue. Therefore, having access to a wide variety of talent is critical to maximizing our influence strategies. We have moved away from the limitation of an in-house team; and instead, we have developed and are continuing to develop a network of partners whose skills, values and life experiences can be matched to the unique nuances and goals of the project.

As the founder of Suasion, Victoria has extensive experience in strategy development, communications and leadership. Her expertise spans all aspects of strategic planning and communications including market research, advertising and public relations. With significant executive level experience in organizations ranging from Fortune 500 corporations to small businesses and nonprofits, Victoria also is accomplished in building teams and leaders.

After holding the position of Director of Marketing for an international technology firm and COO of a leading central Pennsylvania advertising agency, Victoria determined her passion for creating positive social and individual change could best be served by starting her own firm. In 2008, she founded Suasion, LLC, a communications firm focused on helping organizations change attitudes and behavior. Suasion has received broad attention for work that has resulted in thousands of people being positively impacted by the firm’s communications. In fact, Suasion has received several Central Penn Business Journal Nonprofit Innovation Awards since its inception.

Victoria is frequently asked to share her expertise through speaking engagements. She has presented to statewide organizations, hosted legislative forums and appeared on PCN’s Talk Live show. Victoria was selected as a Woman of Influence by Central Penn Business Journal. She has served on many Boards throughout her career, and previously held the position of President of the Board of Directors of New Hope Ministries. She also applies her leadership skills at her church, Daybreak, by serving as a member of the Governing Board.
